In 2013, we became the social and digital agency of record for the Coca-Cola Corporation’s Corporate Communications and Social Media group. Our initial task was the re-invention of the Coca-Cola corporate website. When we arrived, it was a basic website that posted company news and press releases. We knew they needed a new way to tell all the rich stories that bubble beneath the surface of their business.

THE SOLUTION

Working with Coca-Cola we designed a site that redefined the idea of corporate communications and made it into a multi-media digital magazine called Coca-Cola Journey; a vehicle for real-time storytelling that not only connects with their customers, but is also a way to acknowledge and address business issues head on.

We lead the design and development of the site, and the content strategy, deciding what types of content would resonant most with readers, then creating exciting ways to visually tell these stories.

The relaunch of the site resulted in a huge boost in visits and online engagement, and the site has won many awards including Ragan’s PR Daily Best Website Launch Award and the Communicator Award of Excellence for Websites: Corporate Communications.
